Dexter and Adrianne | To Be Wed

The weather postponed our session until two weeks before the wedding day, but we couldn't have asked for better conditions—especially for the middle of August—on the day it finally fell.  The humidity was low, as was the temperature, and there was not a drop of rain in sight.  The lighting was so perfect that it took my breath away at first sight, but what was truly beautiful, as I'm sure you can see, are the two in these photographs... born models, I promise you! ☺
The whimsical trees and gorgeous warming sun were the perfect backdrop to capture this beautiful couple's celebration of love and soon-to-be union. ☺
AND this enchanting engagement session was done in the location of their wedding, which was just a few days ago!!!  I couldn't wait to see what they'd do to the place for the wedding day, and just as I thought it would be, the transformation turned out to be simply stunning.

So, without further ado...
Funny story behind these two GIF images... I had uploaded the individual photos that make up these images, and they were here in this post as six different photos.  I saved the post as a draft as I continued to edit the rest of the session.  Two or three days later when I logged on to my Google+ account, it says "Two new photos were added!" so I clicked on the notification, wondering what they were, and who added them, because I hadn't added any photos to my Google+ account, and didn't actually realize that my blogger images were connected to that...
Anyways!!  When I clicked on it, I saw these two photos—moving mysteriously—and I called my mom and sister in here, wondering who in the world made these into GIF images, and who put them up... Haha, I had never heard of this "#AutoAwesome" thing that Google does now, so it kinda freaked me out a little bit; wondering who was looking at my photos, that were supposedly private at that moment, making moving pictures out of them!  Haha, I just stared at them in confusion and awe for like five minutes. =P
I'm glad that I saw it though, because it gave me an idea and I was able to shoot a little movie scene in JPGs at the wedding.  So, I'm going to let Google do it's little thing here and make a GIF image out of it too, and it will be in the preview, which will be posted to the blog soon! c:
